The Roman Map of Britain Sinetriadum

Sinetriadum (R&C 159) next

Sinetriadum bears a resemblance to Sinetri (R&C 168),  also read Smetri.

If we seek a Sine- in the vicinity of Glenlochar, then perhaps a site on the Shinnel or near Shancastle. A Sine-uadum could denote the ford of a river Sinam. If Shancastle, there is the the Roman fort nearby known as Kirkland NX8090 on the river Cairn. But the old name of the Cairn may be the same as that of Cluden, which seems to be the next entry.
