The Roman Map of Britain Bovio Cowbridge, Glamorgan

Bomio (AI 4843 Iter xii)
BOV (JRS LVI (1966), 220) molded bricks

If Bovio is used in the same sense as that for the Denbighshire Bovio, then a tilery or brick-making operation should be in the vicinity. I am unaware of one, but would expect one will be found. It seems unlikely that a low-value item like brick would have been transported across the whole of Wales.
